Losing Weight Or Losing Hope?

I think that many times that people try to lose weight they end up finding themselves in a bit of a strange predicament. What I mean is how do you balance the need to eat less and exercise more with the natrual ebb and flow of energy throughout the day. For example, how do you deal with say working out for an hour on the total gym 300 and then try and cut 500 calories out of your diet? It doesn’t make sense in the long term. In fact, it is a good way to make yourself tired and angry.

It’s true. I’ve gone on so many different weight loss adventures that I can tell you for a fact that you will fail if you push it too hard or too fast, so relax a bit more and enjoy life. Burnout sucks.
