The best diet I ever tried was incredibly simple. It didn’t involve really any exercise, it wasn’t complicated at all. It didn’t even involve a Total Gym, even though it’s a great product.

No, the best diet I ever tried was a modified version of the Slow Carb Diet. Basically you just cut your calorie intake by reducing your sugar intake. You eat meat, beans, and veggies. It’s idiot simple.

The best part is if you just repeat the basics of the diet over and over again, you will lose weight. Period. I’ve done it multiple times and it just works incredibly well. You can’t beat it.

How well does it work? Well try losing 2-5 pounds a week. Repeat it for long enough and you’ve lost a TON of weight. Just like that.

Also, you get a cheat day once a week. Yep.
