Can’t Lose Weight? It’s Not That Hard If You Know How

Do you really think you can’t lose weight? Have you any particular reason you can’t lose that excess fat? Sadly the majority of us who want to lose weight get it in their heads that they just can’t lose weight. That there’s some magical unseen force stopping them from losing weight.

The sad fact is that secretly they don’t want to lose weight at all. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they will openly claim they want to, but just can’t seem to lose weight.

Losing weight is no difficult thing. It’s a mathematical equation, pure & simple. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If you don’t use as many calories as you eat you will gain weight. End of story really.

The other viewpoint is that you will lose weight if you burn off more than you eat. There you have the big problem, today’s food is so packed full of calories it’s almost immoral. If you compared what you should be eating against what you actually eat you would give yourself a funny turn. I kid you not.

You can take in a whole days calories in one meal. Easily! Fast food is the biggest perpetrator. In fact fast food is quite often loaded with sugar, even the burgers! Sugar makes you get hungry faster after digestion.

Almost everything we eat gets changed into a simple form of sugar called glucose by our bodies. Sugary foods get used up much faster & then leave you feeling hungry again very quickly. There’s a lot of us who think our sugar reliant diet is no accident. A western world conspiracy to get us eating (and spending) more.

We eat more, we spend more, & they get rich! Big corporations that is. Big business gets richer by the day with this simple formula. Of course, the simplest way to get us eating more is adding sugar to everything we eat.

Kinda like in a bar when there’s peanuts on the bar so you eat the salt, get thirsty and drink more.

To finish off, you should lose some weight if you burn off more calories than you take in. Can you achieve this without help? I very much doubt it as willpower these days is pretty short on the ground.

You need a system to follow. Something to hold your hand every step of the way. Something that will guarantee you shed weight if you follow it to the letter. If you’ve tried other products and still believe you can’t lose weight it’s time you tried something else. Something that works!
