Total Gym 2000
The Total Gym 2000 is a Total Gym Model that doesn’t really include any extra features at all. You get the basic Total Gym machine, a workout video, and that’s it. There isn’t anything else to it. The padding isn’t as thick or nice as on the Total Gym 3000 or Total Gym XLS. It is actually more expensive than the Total Gym 1700 Club, but it includes fewer features. if you are interested in this type of workout machine, do yourself a favor and don’t buy the Total Gym 2000 unless it is at a garage sale for $50 or on Craigslist.
The Total Gym company charges $599.40 for the Total Gym 2000] which I think is an absolute joke. Sure, this is a great machine, but for $200 less, you can buy the Total Gym 1700 Club, which is arguably a much better machine. For only a few hundred dollars more you can get the 3000 model, which is far superior as well. So, the Total Gym 2000 is stuck in this weird pricing purgatory which ten years ago might have been a good deal, but with improved models going for cheaper at local retailers, it just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to sell this machine for $600.
With that being the case, we can’t reccomend that you purchase the Total Gym 2000 unless you are able to find it for much less than retail price. Don’t spend more than a couple hundred bucks on this because it’s not worth the money. If you spend a little less on the 1700 club= or spend a bit more on the total gym xls model, you’ll be much happier in the long run.
